By creating a ServCall workspace or using the ServCall iOS app (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ServCall is an AI-powered phone receptionist for service trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical). The agent answers inbound calls 24/7, captures structured leads, classifies emergencies, and delivers them to you via the ServCall iOS app.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity in your workspace. You must provide accurate business information so the AI agent can represent your trade correctly. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of telephone consumer protection laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
ServCall subscriptions are sold and managed through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
To manage or cancel: open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued by Apple per the App Store Refund Policy — contact Apple Support to request one.
Current monthly subscription tiers: Starter $29.99 (100 AI minutes), Growth $149.99 (500 AI minutes), Pro $197.99 (1,000 AI minutes). Overage minutes are billed per-minute at the rate listed in the app and on servcall.ai.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The AI agent may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or third-party outages (Twilio, Google Gemini, Apple). ServCall is not liable for missed calls or delayed leads during such downtime, but we monitor service health continuously and notify affected customers in-app.
ServCall is provided “as is.” The AI agent is an answering assistant, not a substitute for a licensed technician. We are not liable for damages arising from missed calls, inaccurate AI responses, or the consequences of a caller’s decision to wait for callback rather than dialing emergency services (911) directly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
