Call the AI agent and have a conversation.
Download ServCall from the App Store, sign in, pick your trade (HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical), and set your business hours. We provision a real US local number for you and your AI agent goes live — usually under 10 minutes end-to-end.
Yes. In the app, open Settings → Call Intelligence. Choose tone (professional, friendly, direct), edit the greeting, toggle which details the agent must collect (caller name, callback number, service address, issue type, urgency, callback preference), and add custom intake questions for your trade.
ServCall listens for trade-specific danger signals — gas leak, burst pipe, sparks, exposed wire, burning smell, no heat, etc. The instant one is detected, a push notification fires to your phone with a red urgency flag and the caller's details. You can tap-to-call back from the notification.
Each plan includes a monthly minute pool: 100 (Starter), 500 (Growth), 1,000 (Pro). Overage minutes are billed per-minute at the rate listed on your plan. You can pause intake any time from Settings if you're approaching the cap or going on vacation.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, tap ServCall, and you can cancel or change tiers. Changes to a different tier take effect at the start of the next billing period; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
In the app, open Settings → Delete Account → tap "Delete My Account." This permanently removes your workspace, leads, transcripts, recordings, and bookings within seven days. You will be signed out immediately and cannot recover the data afterward.
All inbound calls land in the Leads tab. Tap any lead to see the structured details (caller name, phone, address, issue), the full transcript, the recording, and a one-tap callback button.
No. Caller data (phone numbers, names, addresses, transcripts) is used to operate your workspace and is never sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for the full rundown.
